    Alan worked at Lucent in the development of revolutionary, high speed cellular networking system for eight years and was instrumental in the development of networking protocols for high speed mobile platforms. Most recently as CTO of Handheld Scientific, Alan has focused on enabling networked functionality on mobile devices. Alan received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.

His experience at HP provided great insight into electronic instrument design and development. Recently David's efforts are focused on mobile application development for enabling control of electrical test and measurement systems. David received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of California Santa Cruz.
