  • Qiwei (Alan) Xiao
    CTO

    Alan worked at Lucent in the development of revolutionary, high speed cellular networking system for eight years and was instrumental in the development of networking protocols for high speed mobile platforms. Most recently as CTO of Handheld Scientific, Alan has focused on enabling networked functionality on mobile devices. Alan received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.

    Steve has over 25 years of senior executive and financial management experience as a CFO. His strategic planning methods and cash management strategies transformed a struggling $3 million manufacturing company into a $70 million world leader in non-contact temperature measurement equipment. Steve received his MBA from Columbia University.

    Vice President

    While at Hewlett-Packard, David developed and tested diagnostic tools for Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI Designs. His experience at HP provided great insight into electronic instrument design and development. Recently David's efforts are focused on mobile application development for enabling control of electrical test and measurement systems. David received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of California Santa Cruz.
