  • Richard Heygate
    Sir

    Richard is the Chairman at Red Unida, and an alumnus of Oxford Balliol. Richard was senior in marketing at IBM and worked on the team which developed the first ATM. After 20 years in McKinsey BTO, Richard founded and exited his own CRM consultancy Sophron. He is now an international speaker and networker.

  • Paul Ratcliff

    Paul is the director in charge of company formation. His role is to manage the stability of the company during investment, rapid growth and exit. Paul previously founded and ran Hatton Blue (a CRM software company sold to London Bridge Capital) and Welford Technologies. Paul has an MBA with distinction from Warwick and a string of company exits as an angel investor.

  • Vesselin Vassilev

    Vesselin is the CTO of the company. He represents the equity share held by Horizon Software Services, a specialist company which develops large and complex projects for massive clients. Vesselin built HSS from scratch and now runs operations in 3 countries.

  • Chris Cartwright

    Chris is the architect of the decision engine. He is an alumnus of Cambridge Caius with deep expertise in inference logic and personal data management, having spent almost 30 years working for blue chip BtoC clients in this space with Cambridge Consultants, McKinsey and Sophron

  • Jonathan Squires

    Jon is the CEO and Founder of Red Unida, holds an MBA from INSEAD. His background is in digital media, especially recruitment. Jon’s last role was COO at Medikidz, a media company which grew from 3 people to 50 people under his stewardship, with clients in 35 countries and 17 languages. The company reached monthly breakeven after 10 months despite the costs of aggressive growth.
