Raja conceived, financed, and launched Red House in 2005, and remains responsible for its strategy, program creation, marketing and finances. Prior to founding Red House, Raja served in a variety of product marketing and sales leadership positions at Siebel Systems. Raja holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BBA-Finance from Notre Dame.

Justin joined Red House following 15 years at In N Out Burger, including 8 years as a top performing store manager. After enjoying Red House as a rehearsal client, he is now responsible for studio operations and customer service.

Jeff is Red House’s founding instructor, and has led the development of the TRAX curriculum. Jeff coordinates student placement across programs, and is responsible for the quality of instruction. Jeff has been performing and teaching guitar for over 30 years, and tours with The Hot Club of San Francisco.

Terry is the author of several drum instructional books published by Hal Leonard, and contributes to many drum-focused magazines. Terry developed Red House’s drum curriculum, and as our most sought after instructor, mentors fellow instructors on retention techniques.
