Company Summary

RBV intends to refresh democracy by giving individual users the same mass-media tools as the country's existing political machinery. Our easy-to-use nonpartisan site allows users to crowdsource political and issue advertisements on a local, regional, and national scale. Established groups, candidates, and politicians can leverage the power of impassioned individuals, and access anonymous data on our users' habits to inform strategic decisions.

Team

  • Jason Philips
    Vice President

Jason has been teaching elementary school for over a decade. He obtained his administrative certificate in 2009. In 2010, he served on his union’s negotiating team, securing a multi-million dollar contract. Jason is a seasoned professional with experience in human resources, management, and the Baldrige Performance Standards.

  • Jocelyn Saurini
    Marketing Director

Jocelyn's marketing philosophy is that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Creatives should be usable before being visually stunning. Campaigns should be based on data and pre-determined viability for success, and should be optimized at every step of the way. Projects should be broken down into manageable steps. And always, always, outsource what you don't personally know.

  • Tim Palko
    Development Lead

Tim is an experienced, object oriented programmer with a background in both .NET and Java and the database structures, middle tier architecture and the front ends with which they are associated. While his experience lies mainly with Microsoft related products including IIS, SQL Server, Visual Studio and the MVC 2.0 framework, he have also worked with Webwork and JSP, Hibernate, MySQL, Active MQ, and, to a lesser extent, Spring and Objective C.

  • Josh Lucas
    President

After a decade-long, rewarding career in urban education, Josh decided it was time to apply the lessons learned to something epic. Red Blue Voice is his team’s attempt to modernized and refresh our democracy. Josh has taken the skills acquired as a state technology coach, owner of a boutique recording studio, and educator and created a business model that has significant upside and the potential to change the Republic for the better.
