Company Summary

We make scratch-made artisan ice cream. And we sell it. From our start as a pushcart in 2011, we now have a scoop shop, supply five other shops, and sell pints in Oregon and Washington. We have grown revenues from $41,000 to $557,000, over $1m this year.
We are opening a scoop shop on the campus of the University of Oregon, adding co-branded shops in Portland and Cottage Grove, Oregon, and distributing pints to 132 Fred Meyer stores.

  • Managing Director

     Emily is a chef with over 12 years' experience, including internationally-reknowned resorts. She develops and oversees overall operations and works with consultants on efficient plant design and product supply.  Emily heads our values-based plan for continued expansion. As Managing Director, Emily ensures the overall coordination of Red Wagon Creamery, and heads Research and Development of new flavors.

  • Director of Sales and Marketing

    Stuart is a former Army JAG, with a BA from Ole Miss and a J.D. from Pepperdine. He is in charge of Sales and Marketing. His focus will be on building relationships with store buyers, scouting and making contact with potential bulk wholesale customers. He will also direct our social media strategy, store marketing, driving publicity for the store, and ad campaigns, where he works with our Art Director.

  • Director of Business Development

    Manoj comes from a family of entrepreneurs in America and Asia, where his family has been engaged in production and import export both locally and internationally. He has held positions in corporate organizations in leadership and strategic investment acquisition, including development and stewardship of organizational strategy for revenue growth relating to investments and contracts. His focus is on overseeing corporate strategy.
