Brian Hoyer is a student at the University of Northern Iowa. He started Recycle Rite, Inc. in late 2010 and operation began in early 2011. He quickly grew the business knowing there was a high demand for a curbside recycling service in Cedar Falls, IA. He enjoys boating, being with family and friends, and exploring entrepreneurship.

Tim Schulte is the newest addition to the Recycle Rite team, beginning in December of 2011. Tim is the in-house bookkeeper and handles the daily accounting functions. Tim also manages the office and handles all of the customer accounts. In his free time, he enjoys playing the drums and riding his bike.

Sarah Mackey joined the Recycle Rite team in early 2011. She oversees the day-to-day collection and bulk material processing operations. She is actively involved in her church and enjoys family time. On sunny summer days she loves to ride her motorcycle.
