Matt was born to be an entrepreneur. He grew up fixing problems his own way. He also grew up playing sports. His foam roller was a PVC pipe and a rolling pin. In college, Matt found entrepreneurship during an internship with the Former LT. Gov of Colorado. Matt started and ran 3 business that failed. Along the way, he learned valuable lessons and made it further and further with each one. Matt combined passion and lessons into Recoup Fitness.

Natalie has been part of early-stage teams across four different startups since 2012 before joining Recoup in July of 2016. Natalie studied Business and International Economics at the University of Denver where she received a full-ride Division 1 tennis scholarship. She has helped take teams from the pre-revenue idea stage to nationwide rollouts and distribution. Her focus is on the operational side of taking companies to scale.
