Mr. Mitchell is a CPA by profession having qualified in 1983 and licensed in the State of California in 1985 (inactive currently in that state). He was employed by Price Waterhouse for 9 ½ years from January 1980 to 30 June 1989 (left as a senior manager) and Chemical Bank & Trust Limited from 1 July, 1989 to 31 January, 1996 (Chief Financial Officer). Thereafter he took the entrepreneurial plunge until 2005.

: Mr Brown established a video production business specializing in Corporate, Industrial, Television, Event Video, and Independent film production. Total Vision Media (TVM) quickly became a creative and successful leader in video production on Chicago’s north shore, attracting and retaining loyal clients by building a reputation of integrity, knowledge, quality productions and accountability.
