Mary has been working in start-up and entrepreneurial environments since 2000. As a member of the startup team, she became director for marketing & industry development for the CAIA Association, which saw 400% annual growth during her tenure. She left to pursue her MBA (2012), after which she began work on launching ReContext with her husband, David Adler.

The brains behind Polarys, David brings two key pieces to ReContext.
1 - He's been in education for 20 years, of which the last 10 have been in administration. He really knows this industry.
2 - He has well-honed data analysis skills, which he's used to develop a variety of school data analysis tools currently in use at almost 100 schools.

Ralph spent 30 years in research and development engineering and business management with IBM, with experience in development methods, organization, personnel operations, and international business.

Ralph had a second career in education administration, including Assistant Superintendent and Interim Superintendent roles. For the last 10 years he has been a master school board trainer across North Carolina.

Marina provides leadership within and for educational organizations on data-related initiatives. She has deep experience in building and using educational information systems and data structures. She is also highly skilled at requirements gathering and synthesis, report design, knowledge management, technical writing, and professional development design and delivery.
