The Opportunity: Produce Valuable Ultra-Low Carbon Energy from Waste

reBio is developing projects using anaerobic digestion (AD). The first project will be in Sonoma County and the Company will expand from there.

Phase 1: Completed. reBio considered a range of plant configurations, feedstocks and plant outputs, and created relationships with multiple stakeholders. This led to focus on completing the development of the first AD project in Sonoma County, California.

Phase 2: Funding being sought. reBio will enter into binding site control agreement, feedstock supply and product sales agreements. The goal of Phase 2 is to become “shovel ready”, which means applications for land use and environmental approvals have been obtained, selection of system vendor has been completed, and a market study validates the scale of the potential market in California and beyond.
