Mr. Sormark has nearly a decade of experience in multi-national business development. Most recently, as the Director of International Business Development, Mr. Sormark was instrumental in facilitating the acquisition of Enswers, a Korean image, audio and video content recognition startup, by KT Corporation (formerly Korea Telecom).

Dr. Chernykh is a co-founder and inventor of PolyRebel, the Company’s proprietary core polymeric building block. For more than 10 years, Dr. Chernykh has designed and developed many new and innovatory polymers for use in textiles, non wovens and films. He was conferred his doctorate equivalency in Chemistry from the esteemed D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia.

Mr. Shaffer is an accomplished scientists having worked over 22 years in chemical and engineering related industries. Mr. Shaffer brings his hands-on knowledge of work developing and synthesizing novel biodegradable polymers and adhesives for medical device and electronics applications. His experiences have been focused on developing product solutions for the polymer, adhesive and medical device industries.

Mr. Volkov is a serial entrepreneur who has formed, funded and managed several successful ventures in Moscow, Russia and internationally. He is a co-founder of Rebel and played an integral role in the closing of its Series A funding. He has a Master’s Degree in Microelectronics and Technical Cybernetics from the National Research University of Electronic Technology, Moscow, Russia.
