    Stephen is the co-founder of Reality Sports and is an essential figure in the company’s day-to-day operations, strategy, and general compliance. Stephen has worked in an NFL Front Office in legal administration. Stephen worked as a corporate associate at Proskauer Rose LLP before starting RSO and is a principal of a successful real estate development company. Stephen has a B.A. in Economics from Princeton and J.D. from the University of Virginia.

    President

    Matt is the founder, creator, key strategist and visionary for Reality Sports. Matt has worked in an NFL Front Office, in both football administration and football operations. Matt has additional experience with a National Hockey League team and two Fortune 500 companies. Matt has a B.A. in Communication and Business from Villanova University and a M.S. in Sports Business, Management, and Operations from Georgetown University.
