Mihkel co-founded Realeyes 5 years ago during his MBA studies at Oxford and has since built a thorough understanding and strong network in the emotions market.

Before Realeyes he worked four years as a fund manager, investing a 100 million EUR fund (at the age of 22) while beating benchmark returns and simultaneously owning and running a few trade businesses with 200 employees across fast-growing markets of Estonia and Latvia.

Elnar joined Realeyes from the beginning and wrote the very first code of the Realeyes analytics platform. Elnar met Mihkel at Oxford while finishing his Computer Science PhD. He was then active at his previous database languages start-up but decided to move on and join Realeyes as CTO instead.

He has exceptional skills in many languages, excelled at Siemens and received numerous awards for his academic achievements at Oxford and at BTU

Martin started to work as software engineer since he was 14. He then owned and managed a 20 person digital agency for over 5 years and delivered over 200 web projects. Martin met Mihkel in 2008 at one User Experience Conference where they both were presenting by chance. Two days after that conference they were already working together in a project that Martin had sold for Realeyes and he joined full time as a partner and Product Director soon aft
