Company Summary

The idea behind Realest was dreamed up by Josh Lanigan and Taylor Howard, two engineers and housemates from Perth, Western Australia. We are creating a web platform that prides itself on user experience for home owners to sell or rent their homes privately. We want to be the go-to for private rental and sales listings while saving home owners $1000's in real estate agent and property manager fees in the process.

    Taylor has a degree in electronic and communication engineering and has ongoing exposure to the Perth startup scene through his work at the Cisco Internet of Everything Innovation Centre. Taylor is passionate about seeing the success of Realest and taking advantage of the opportunity in the real estate industry.

    Co-founder

    Josh has an Engineering background and has been working in the resources industry since 2013. As a co-founder of Realest and someone who has had a personal struggle with the real-estate industry, Josh can really see the potential Realest has and is excited about its future.
