Colin has been a Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer since inception in 2007. Prior to Real Ryder, Colin spent over 20 years as professional cyclist and in between races and traveling had a brief stint as a journalist, and an extended venture into the entertainment industry, with over a dozen film, stage, and television credits highlighted by featured roles in Dead Poets Society, and The Cider House Rules as well as numerous production credits.

Rich Hanson is a 30-year veteran in all aspects and markets in Commercial Fitness. He launched StairMaster Sports/Medical Industries as a Founding Member in 1984 and assisted its sale in 1997. He held a key management position at Vital Ten and later became President of Fitness Industry Experts. Rich started in the industry in 1979 as a training instructor for Nautilus of California and progressed there to Sales Manager for the Western U.S.
