Jess is a consumer packaged goods GM with experience in running businesses, developing innovation, partnering with customers, and marketing. After years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry—working at Snapple, Quaker, and Hillshire Farm—Jess has helped good brands be even better by providing consumers more nutritious solutions.  Jess has her MBA from Kellogg School of Management and undergrad from Brown University.

Barry is the Milton Steinbach Professor at Yale School of Management. He cofounded Honest Tea in 1998 and grew the business to $75m at which point the company was sold to Coca-Cola. After Honest Tea, Barry started Kombrewcha, a company that makes a low-alcohol kombucha. The company was sold to ABI-InBev in 2016. Barry has served on the board of Nationwide Insurance and Q Drinks. Today he serves on the board of AGP and Calicraft.
