Andrew leads all Sales and Marketing efforts at Real Factors. Most recently, he was an Enterprise Account Executive at CoreOS, a container management platform. Prior to that, he was an Account Executive at EverString, a predictive analytics platform. He began his career at Oracle in their Enterprise Technology group. He holds a B.A. in Sociology and Markets and Management Studies Certificate from Duke.

Most recently, Colin was an Investor at Accel-KKR where he focused on Real Estate tech and FinTech. Before that, he was the Director of Sales & Business Development, and then Head of Business Operations & Strategy at EverString, a predictive analytics platform. He began his career as an Associate and Senior Associate at Summit Partners. Colin holds a B.A. in Philosophy and a B.S. in Accounting, with honors, from USC.

Tom Leads all Product and Data Efforts at Real Factors. Previously, he was an Analyst at Ellington Management Group, a mortgage and fixed-income focused Hedge Fund where he automated middle and front office processes. Tom began his career as an Auditor at PwC working with large financial institutions and their real estate portfolios. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. In Business Administration from USC.
