For 20+ years Mario has been delivering technology solutions & services to reduce costs, increase ROI and client satisfaction while managing aggressive operational growth in mid-size firms. He successfully built new practices and managed teams of 150+ staff in Client Services, Delivery, PMO, Product Mgt., Support and QA holding senior positions at PWC, Microsoft and Avanade in Industries such as Health Care, Public Sector, FS and Energy.

RBB’s president and founder, Darryl, has a diverse background of experience managing innovative product design, strategic corporate development and client relations with various corporations and public entities. He is based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada

Butch joined RBB, bringing his in experience as a Executive and Finance leader in the software and digital space. He successfully built, funded and sold many multi-million dollar companies including Zoocasa, Truition, PlanetEye, BuyBuddy, Rogers Outrank and Vicinity Rewards, raising over $42 million in Venture Capital. His new mission is to lead RBB’s growth to become a multi-million North American leader firm in the Community Services space.

Ruth is RBB’s Sales Leader dedicated to expansion in North America. She spent 25 years in the IT industry building relationships and solutions to Microsoft's public sector clients for the last 15 years. Previously, she worked at Compaq, Apple and Olivetti. Ruth has broad relationships with municipalities and healthcare agencies and was a board member at Municipal Information Systems Assoc. (MISA) and at the Cambodian Legal Education for Women.

Kathryn is RBB’s Client Services leader with business acumen gained over 25 years in the public and private sectors. Before RBB, she was Director of Children’s Services for the Niagara Region, in charge of the vision, strategy and direction of 10,000+ licensed child care spaces and a $35M budget. Prior to that, she was Marketing and Sales Manager at CP Rail, with a portfolio of multi-national manufacturers and ~$40M in revenue.

Jason leads RBB’s strategic corporate development. Before RBB, Jason held a similar position at the Sault Ste. Marie Innovation Centre (SSMIC) serving as Board Director at various SSM Public Utilities and EDC. He was also an elected Municipal Councillor in SSM learning of about the challenges that communities face delivering public services. Prior to that, he was President of DeoWeb, a internet service provider for non-profit organizations
