"Razor Technologies" LLC. a Bulgarian startup-company, founded in May 2015 in preparation for the production of hardware accessories for the film industry through the brand "RazorFocus" with 4 innovation patents pending: The product is an automated follow-focus for TV and Cinematographic cameras - a system that helps operators maintain a constant focus to objects on set, regardless whether objects in field are static or dynamic.

Team RAZORFOCUS is currently part of the Buildit Accelerator Program, Batch 4, working in The Science Park of Tartu, Estonia. Buildit is the second investor on the board of RazorFocus project. According to our business plans for development, we set up an Estonian company /RazoFocus OU/ as center of the company activieties.

"RazorFocus" is an innovation in the Cinema, a problem which solution is expected the last 100 years. "Razor Technologies" LLC. attracted a local investor "Technology Transfer Office" in Bulgaria, and currently: a startup fund from Estonia - Buildit.ee / funded with instruments of the European Investment Fund /. This allows the company to complete several versions of its prototypes, which are currently at the phase of MVP and are already attracting high interest in EU and US.

We seek for following funding options, representing the Company mid-term goals:
- Funding of research of our prototypes /2 phases x 3 types of prototypes, e.g. those represent the company product range: Cinema, Tv& DSLR version/ until manufacturing models are ready;
- R&D on the next generation Razorfocus, which employs difefrent added-value technology /2 patents in application/;
- Setting up a production base / manufacturing in Estonia, hiring up to 8 people for the base, 2 administration and 6- manufacturing, /of which- 3 software specialists and 3 qualified workers- mechanics and electronics/.
- Investment funding / VC, for expanding our marketing opportunities, mainly to Finland, UK and USA.
