    Co-Founder and CTO

    Matt Angell, Co-Founder and CTO – Invented and built the RareWire product. Previously was CTO at Saepio for the 10 years with specific experience building content publishing software that he designed, patented and took to market. This platform is currently being used by nearly 200 of the biggest companies in America today.

  • Kirk Hasenzahl
    Co-Founder and President

    Previously was VP of Sales and Business Development at Saepio for 8 years. An early employee for Saepio, Kirk was responsible for building the sales force from ground zero. Instrumental in every high-profile win during his tenure with the company including Goodyear, Sprint, Johnson Controls, Sheraton, Sunoco, BMW, Chevron and many more.

  • Matt Martin
    Vice President of Sales

    For the past 15 years Matt has worked for several small companies that were acquired by some of the top technology companies in the world, including Cisco, HP and Quest Software. Matt has consistently been one of the top performers at each company, with vast experience in competing and winning against “800 pound gorillas.” West Point graduate and former Army officer.
