Create a new member-owned futures exchange. The exchange will list futures contracts to trade in Hops, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a Rare Earth Metals Index. An important component of this proposed exchange is the creation of a new financial product called an “Exchange-Traded Commodity Pool”. We will create a secondary market for existing commodity pools (essentially becoming market makers).
