    CEO

    Before Rapt Media, Erika founded the Emmy-winning production company Outlier Films. Erika has over 10 years of experience in video production and has worked on the Today Show, 60 Minutes, PBS and HBO. She founded Rapt Media because she saw that online video wasn't innovating like the rest of the web. Erika has degrees from UC Berkeley and Yale University. She was also named one of Inc Magazine’s “15 Women to Watch in Tech” for 2012.

  • Cameron McCaddon
    President and Co-Founder

    Most recently, Cameron worked as the Sr. Managing Game Designer at Namco Networks (inventor of Pac-Man) and has years of production experience in video gaming at other top gaming studios like Leapfrog and iWin. He is an expert at masking complicated technology with simple U.I. Cameron has degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and UCLA.

  • Jonathan Woodard
    VP of Engineering

    Jonathan has been building cool stuff online since Ajax was only a cleaning product. After graduating from the University of Michigan in CS, he cut his teeth on large-scale software development at the U of M School of Music, Theater & Dance, and witnessed first-hand how successful businesses are run at Inner Circle Media. Before Rapt Media, Jonathan was CTO of Signal Genius and has worked as a hired gun for a number of notable Boulder companies.

  • Basho Mosko
    VP of Marketing

    Basho recently relocated to Colorado from San Francisco where he was a marketing manager at Cisco and before that Flip Camera. He has degrees from Columbia University and UC Santa Cruz and a background in video production.

  • Susan Bleekman
    VP of Sales

    Susan was the former SVP of Sales Strategy and Development for MTV Networks where she headed up new revenue in emerging platforms like VOD, web portals, interactive television and mobile. She brings a deep understanding of both old and new media and she is well-versed in the needs of brands and companies that use media to advertise.
