RapidBio Systems, LLC has developed in conjunction with the University of Arizona a unique method for the rapid detection of food borne pathogens. The patent pending technology can economically detect such organisms as E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, and many others in less than 10 minutes using a field portable device. RapidBio Systems' products can greatly reduce the number of cases of food related illness when used by growers and processors.

Robert L. MorrisonVice Chairman
Mr. Morrison was a cofounder of one of the world's largest providers of hospital laboratory information systems, Sunquest Information Systems. He has served as the Executive Director of Tucson's Desert Angels and was a founder of Desert Tech. Subsequent to this he has taught entrepreneurship at the University of Arizona's McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship.
