He is trilingual, speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He is has followed his fathers footsteps in entrepreneurialism. Starting with co- finding First Alert Air Plus a environmental testing company.

Co-Founder of Rango. Jared was born with the entrepreneurial spirit. He has always been surrounded by successful, business-oriented family members. In 2007, He built a prototype for a new computer screen technology in which an image is projected inside the frame of the screen. With a drive to produce and design specialty items for himself and his clients, he founded Rallaro (a small manufacturing facility). He is a mechanical wiz.

Co-Founder of Rango. Don is a very successful entrepreneur. His first business that he ever owned was a sprinkler and landscaping company. He took over and became the owner of an ornamental iron company that He later sold. The most successful business he launch was Advantage Home Inspections. Not only did he launch Advantage Home Inspection, he also launched the
National Bureau of Home Inspectors, and is currently running both businesses.
