I have acquired a building in an area that will sustain it. I have completed my business plan, a lease, bank accounts, vendors, cookware, glassware, and some inventory. I am need of funding to get a stove and other needed equipment. I have created a menu based on the feed back of the locals and have got great responses from them as well. I will be offering the most requested soul food.
