In supermarkets, the main bottleneck for one will be the waiting time in billing counter. it may take even 30 minutes to get your turn. Normally one avoids going at peak time to supermarket because of this. My idea is to do shopping without hassles (almost no wait time) and make shopping a pleasant experience.
