Jim brings over 20 years investment banking and e-commerce experience to RainSeed. Jim co-founded UK online commercial insurer, SimplyBusiness, where he raised $7m in venture financing and was active in the business’ recent private equity led MBO. Most recently, Jim was the Asia CIO for Nomura International, where he led a 700+ person team across 12 countries.

Previously, as Business Development Manager for the transportation start-up TukTuk, Arthur coordinated the company’s development plan. In his current role, Arthur manages fault resolution and SLA compliance for Verizon Communications’ fiber distribution network.

During his initial tenure at Rollprint, Dwane sold over $275m in customized solutions, while in his current role as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, his sales strategies have doubled the company’s topline revenue growth in the past three years.

Ben is currently a production engineer with Shell E&P, where he has recently tripled the size of the chemical artificial lift program and delivered over $1m in annual uplift to the business. He will bring technical marketing experience to RainSeed.

Currently an R&D specialist at Weatherford International, John has 14 years of experience in various operational, management, global operations support and research roles for reservoir evaluation. For RainSeed, John is responsible for hardware development, supplier relationships, and equipment rollout.

A lawyer by trade, Mr. Langdale is the former U.S. Ambassador to Costa Rica and former chair of the Texas Department of Economic Development. His legal and political acumen brings considerable strength to RainSeed’s business development efforts with public and municipal water utilities.

Mr. Bugh is the former CTO of Accuwater, who pioneered of the first smart controllers in the early 2000’s. Rob brings over 25 years of engineering and software development expertise and leverages his Accuwater experience to help build market leading technology.
