Rocco is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York. He owned and managed his own very successful and popular restaurant, Edwige at Night, for thirteen years in Provincetown, Massachusetts. In addition to Provincetown, Rocco has many years' experience working at some of Miami's top restaurants, including Wish, Milos and Zuma.

Owen is an attorney from the United Kingdom who previously worked in real estate and financial law at one of the United Kingdom's largest and most prestigious law firms Clifford Chance LLP. Owen will be responsible for managing the company's legal and financial affairs and will have a broader project management role during the restaurant's construction phase.

Previously a director and president of various divisions of of global software company SAP. Tom is now the owner of the White Porch Inn Art Hotel in Provincetown, MA. With years of experience in the business and hospitality industry, Tom will be providing business and financial advice to the company. Tom is soon to become an equity member in R house Inc. and will be also curator of the integrated gallery within the restaurant.
