The management team is led by co-founder Joel Reyer who founded the company in 2011. Joel’s management background has included leading dozens of intelligence officers in pursuit of data-centric national security objectives. He is studying Computer Science at the University of Maryland, and received his A.A. in Arabic from the Department of Defense's Defense Language Institute.

The second co-founder and Tech Guru is James Felkins, Human-Machine Interface Designer at General Motors, veteran Cryptologist and Intelligence Analyst with the US Army/NSA, B.S. Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State in 2011. James’ technical background has involved complex robotics programming as well as data analysis for the NSA. Successful projects include website design, robotics programming, e-rev automotive powertrain design, and
