Patrick is a recognized thought leader in marketing and social media, with long experience in applying innovation to successful business outcomes. Prior to launching QUEsocial, he co-founded Zócalo Group, a word of mouth and social media marketing agency, where he was responsible for agency innovation, insights and analytics. Previously, he founded Expand Communications, and held senior positions at Ketchum and Ogilvy PR.

Mike has extensive experience with social media consulting targeted at evaluating current strategies, recommending solutions for enhancement, and implementing changes for improved recruitment and sales processes. Prior to QUEsocial, Mike managed his own consultancy, “CruiterWorks,” focused on social media strategy for sales, recruiting and executive branding. Previously, he was a social media strategy consultant at AonHewitt.

Michelle brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, program development and account management. Prior to QUEsocial, Michelle spent the last six years working with organizations of varying sizes on improving external audience engagement through integrated marketing communications. Previously, she worked with CCC Information Services Inc., Ketchum Public Relations and The Dilenschneider Group.
