He has a M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering. Currently Dr. Fomitchev-Zamilov is working on hydrodynamic cavitation with applications to nuclear fusion and hydrocarbon (heavy crude) cracking.
