Company Summary

Qualtonomy is revolutionizing advance directives and advance care planning. We're adding social technology to this planning so the communication that's key can take place in the most convenient way. Over 75% of us will not be able to make medical decisions on our own at some point in our life, but only about 30% of us are truly prepared. Qualtonomy is working to fix this by serving powerful tools to insurance, physicians, and patients.
