In 2009, Shilaluke wanted to introduce the steakhouse concept, together with the manufacturing and blending of sauces and spices in Soweto and soon spread abroad. A keen business sense will lead to franchising of the steakhouses at a later stage. After graduating at the University of Johannesburg in Biotechnology, Shilaluke has been working more than 7 years in the food industry as both a quality controller and product research and developer.
