    Bob has two decades of experience in the management of personnel and critical Department of Defense systems. His experience spans from the US Navy Nuclear Power program to space launch communications systems. Before joining QTSI, he was a program manager at SAIC. Certified as a Project Management Professional and an ISO Lead Quality Auditor, Mr. Nieman has strong management credentials and a long history of getting the job done.

    President

    Dr. Tinker is a recognized expert in “tactical seismology” and its application to advanced military surveillance systems. With over 14 years in senior management positions, he has also led the development of numerous mission-critical sensing, surveillance, and reporting systems totaling over $50M in revenue. He holds a Ph.D. in Geophysics (Nuclear Seismology).

    For 30 years, Mr. Phillips has held extensive executive business leadership roles in large and venture-funded commercial companies, including Harris Corporation, NxtWave, ATI Technologies, and WiDeFi. He has grown and scaled businesses & organizations from pre-revenue to over $100M. He also brings his technical expertise as a former Engineering VP and is a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng., MIET)

    Dr. Ports has over 30 years experience in large and small corporations. His experience spans commercial and military R&D, technologies, product-to-market, manufacturing, systems, and strategies. He has an extensive background in productization, having taken more than sixty integrated circuit technology and product platforms to market for more than 10M units. Ken has a Ph.D. in Physics and 11 patents.
