Veterinarians sell the products to pet owners. The vet sells the kit when the pet owner contacts the clinic about an issue. Vets can also sell kits at the visit to use ahead of a follow-up visit or for regular testing that is needed for pets with chronic conditions. The pet owner collects the sample, sends it to QSM for analysis, and the results are provided to the vet and pet owner in a few days so the vet can diagnose virtually or in-person.
