We sell our cloud, peer-coaching software to companies that want to be able to provide high levels of on-the-job employee development (ED) support to all their employees at an affordable price. In Qrew, employees establish peer-coaching relationships with other colleagues they respect. They then self-manage these on-going coaching relationships: documenting and communicating issues concerning career advancement, personal development and more.

Lloyd NimetzFounder/CEO
Lloyd founded Qrew in 2010 out of Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is inspired to use technology for social good. Lloyd has worked at Prosper, Endeavor, Ashoka and the IADB. He is a Fulbright scholar and received his undergraduate degree from Williams College. Lloyd currently sits on the Board of HelpArgentina, the online giving marketplace he founded in 2002 during the country’s worst crisis ever.

Prashant SamantCo-Founder/ Customer Development
Prashant is a passionate technology entrepreneur who has founded multiple for-profit and non-profit organizations. He sits on the Steering Committees of GiveChange, a technology non-profit he founded to provide web tools for local charities. He also plays a governance role at International PREP, an educational non-profit that establishes STEM programs in developing nations. Prashant holds a degree in Economics from Washington University.

Pete LiljegrenChief Engineer
Pete has ten years of diverse web development experience, ranging from eBay Skunkworks projects to wordpress theme customization. After graduating from Cal Poly SLO with a Computer Science degree, Pete moved north to San Francisco where worked for three years at eBay and then 1BOG. He is passionate about environmental sustainability and social change.

Mandy GamarraDirector of Operations
Mandy brings more than twelve years of professional experience in new venture design, organizational development, management, finance, and operations. Most recently, she worked closely with private and institutional investors at Keiretsu Forum as a regional director of their international angel investment organization. Mandy holds an M.B.A in Sustainable Enterprise (GreenMBA) from Dominican University of California.
