John is a 25-year executive in leadership development with Nike, Honeywell, Sprint, and most recently IBM. John is well known across the industry for his ability to drive results, work closely with high-potential teams and contribute to the organization at the highest levels. John has his Ph.D. in I/O psychology from Colorado State University and lives in beautiful Bend, Oregon.

Ryan has over 20 years as a CTO with multiple exits. Currently, Ryan is the Well-Architected Performance Lead Solutions Architect and AWS. Additionally, Ryan is one of four authors for AWS's "CTO Best Practices" that has been downloaded over 2M times.
