Dan Schmitt is co-founder, Pres., and CEO of AAQ & the founder of The Incubation Factory (TIF). In 2005, he combined his expertise in business development, administration, finance & marketing to create TIF, a privately funded Economic Development Platform. He takes an active role in strategic consulting and business model development of each TIF company & has invested in all of TIF’s companies. Dan has a B.A. in Marketing from U. of Northern Iowa

Andy Wolter is the Executive VP of Operations of for AAQ & TIF. He has served in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Program as an officer & later joined GE Appliances as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, earning a Master Black Belt in GE’s Six Sigma Quality program. In 2001, he joined GE Capital as an Operations Manager & joined AAQ in 2003 helping shape TIF. He has a degree in Engineering from Iowa State & his MBA from the College of William & Mary.

Cindy Schmitt is the Executive VP of Back Office Services for AAQ & TIF. Her career began with GM Acceptance Corp. leaving as the VP of Bank Relations. She served as Asst. VP of Cash Management with Norwest Corp. & later as VP of Cash Management for GE Capital. She directs all of TIF's back office functions: accounting, legal, HR, compliance & regulatory for TIF & its portfolio. She earned a BA in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.

RJ Lindmark has over decade of experience as a Research Scientist working at Monsanto/Searle/Pharmacia as a Chemist. After working in the pharmaceutical market, he spent the next 8 years in sales, business development and marketing to the pharmaceutical research market place. He has spent the last 3 years as a Technology Business Analyst for TIF. He has both his BA and MS in Chemistry from Brigham Young University.
