  • Serial Inventor and Entrepenuer. Prior to founding Puralytics, he was the founding CEO of Phoseon Technology, where he pioneered UV LED photo curing systems, and during 5 years as CEO, raised $12m in financing, grew the company to multi-million dollar sales performance, and remained involved as a Director. He has over 50 patents issued or pending, and greater than $1B in revenues have been derived from products involving his patents.

    Global Sales, Marketing and Business Development Expertise. Prior to joining Puralytics, George was the VP of Sales and Business Development through the LBO and IPO of Boise Cascade.

  • Director of Engineering

    Significant accomplishments in product design, development and market introduction. Most recently, Roland was Engineering Manager at Phoseon Technology were he was managed the development of a UV LED curing system. In addition, provided engineering support and leadership in five other start-ups through exit.
