He has an MBA from Florida International University in Management and Finance and has worked on 2 startup teams building a successful staffing firm and organizing a consumer product company. Matthew's strengths lie in seeing business opportunities, setting up processes and implementing operations.

As a purebred puppy broker, Sharon has sold $1.3million in sales year over year and has an excellent understanding of the business as well as a list of breeders and industry connections. Sharon is passionate about dogs and connecting them to the right families. She is also passionate about ethical breeding practices and care prior to puppies finding their forever home.
