The Punxsutawney Pretzel Company would provide the community a healthy opportunity to enjoy one of America's favorite foods. Pretzel cafes are very popular out east, and are making their way to Chicago and the suburbs. My desire is to be the first in Chicagoland to provide a quality, pretzel franchise. Several healthy menu opportunities would appeal to the community, while providing catering and community outreach programs.
