Charlie Caruso is the founder & CEO of PuggleFM, an online radio & podcasting station created especially for parents and children. Since its inception, PuggleFM has found audiences in the US, Europe, across Australia & Asia looking for an alternative to commercial radio. Charlie, 25, is the 2013 winner of the Australian Excellence Awards Women in Business category; a finalist in New Business & Young Entrepreneur in the Business Champions Awards.

Mr. Mark Victor Caruso served as Managing Director of Mineral Commodities Ltd. from May 2009 to August 4, 2012. Mr. Caruso served as the Chief Executive Officer of Allied Gold Mining Plc since October 3, 2008 and has been its Non Executive Chairman of the Board from July 01, 2011. He has been the Chairman of Mineral Commodities Ltd. since August 6, 2012. Mr. Victor served as Executive Chairman at Allied Gold Mining PLC since May 2003.

Carol Winters owned and operated her own IT software support business for 25 years before successfully retiring and becoming actively involved in small business start ups. Her first start up was Seachange Holiday Services which catered for the growing holiday home market in the Mandurah area, which was sold with an impressive profit while the tourism industry was at its peak. Since then Carol has actively worked with Charlie Caruso on PuggleFM.
