PublikDemand is a platform that leverages the power of mass consumer discontent to force large corporations to change a business policy or practice. Consumers launch demands against a company—citing a specific issue (i.e., change your refund policy)—and spread the demand via social media. Corporations are given a chance to resolve the issue. If they do not, consumers are presented with offers from national and/or local competitors to switch.
