The 95,000 governments across the U.S. own 16% of the commercial real estate market. With $27T in debt and unfunded pension obligations, these governments have little choice but to address their obligations by better sweating or selling their assets. We are at the beginning of the largest transfer of assets from the public to private sectors. Governments are increasingly try to sell their assets, however, most properties remain 'off-market' and unsold.

We started marketing our initial set of data services to CRE brokerages in January, 2017 and in late 2017 are launching commercial and residential listings of government properties for sale, lease, and development.

We offer governments free and paid listing services. Our sales and marketing focus is to drive government adoption of our free services with a clear upsell value prop and path.
