PTL Development (PTL) is a private entity that was founded in 2009. It was founded to provide a platform from which to develop and commercialise new medical technologies that have extensive applications in the medical industry. There is a demand for low cost, mobile and non-invasive vital sign monitoring within the military, emergency medical, hospital and remote patient monitoring industries. This technology now exists and needs to go to market.
