Company Summary
PsychologyOnline uses the internet to deliver 1-to-1 psychotherapy. It is faster, more flexible and more efficient than conventional methods. We have excellent clinical evidence from a 300 patient trial published in the Lancet in 2009. 40% of all ill health is mental health. The main therapy deployed is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The NHS spends £300m on CBT but there are long waiting lists as the supply of therapy cannot meet demand.
