Mr. Davis holds a BS degree in Mathematics and an MBA, both from BYU

Throughout his career he has worked with various technology companies and is experienced in call center and sales process and methodology development. He spent time with Fortune 500 companies such as Sprint, UPS, and Adobe Systems. He also brings a strong understanding of PCI DSS and other compliance requirements with over 6 years’ experience in the data security industry

James earned an engineering degree from the University of Maryland and MBA and Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University. James also spent 6 years in the military as a combat medic and level 4 technician. Upon graduating from law school, James began his own practice, becoming an expert litigator. James has become a leader in technology and innovation for both private and public sector entities and holds several technology patents himself.

Cecil Perkins leads all aspects of human resources for the company and has global experiences with startup organizations, mergers and acquisitions, recruitment, talent management, training and development, and leadership coaching.

Cecil received a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman University and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University.
