He manages the business operations for ProtectLight and offers the company a wide-range of management, sales, and marketing experience in the lighting industry.

    Mr. Ballard is the Cofounder and inventing design engineer for ProtectLight Mfg. Mr. Ballard holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and has several patents in his name. Jay offers his experience as a successful business owner and manager over the past 25 years. Mr. Ballard is responsible for the company’s R&D, engineering, and automated manufacturing functions of the business.
