An investor since 2008 and BOD member since 2010, Meg has 30 years in management with startups to CPG corporations. A 16-year career with HJ Heinz/Ore-Ida culminated in serving on the Management Board and as VP, Specialty Products, a SBU that grew from $100MM to $250MM in sales over 5 years, expanding regional brands such as Bagel Bites and Rosetto stuffed pasta. Ms. Carlson holds an MBA in Finance-Marketing from Washington State University.

John is an experienced sales executive with 20 years of team leadership and national and regional broker management experience selling into all major food channels throughout North America. John is a seasoned professional who excels in broker management, trade spending management and presentation development and delivery.

Andy brings 10 years of strategic and executional marketing and promotional experience to the brand. He directs consumer marketing planning, including social media and digital marketing initiatives, public relations and packaging. Prior to Melt he worked in local restaurant brand and promotional marketing and in regional musical entertainment venue marketing. He holds three BA's in marketing, music and music business.

Cygnia launched the company out of a passion for nutrition by developing products to address her digestive disorders. She is responsible for sourcing raw materials, grants for R&D, and serving as the face of the company while being active in the new product development process. She holds a MS in Geomorphology from Arizona State University.

Ms. Hall is responsible for directing all accounting, financial forecasting and cash flow management reporting as well as supply chain management for POF. Korri has an extensive background in financial and accounting management gained through more than 30 years in public accounting, working with small to mid-sized privately held companies. Korri is a CPA who previously was the Managing Partner for Grant Thornton office in Boise and Hall Hooper.
