Frank is an accomplished entrepreneur with 30+ years of human resource management experience with the proven ability to create value. His last venture sold for $100M+. He built GeoLearning, Inc., the largest SaaS business in the learning & performance industry and Excellence in Training Corporation, a leading producer & distributor of video-based training. He was also the Chief Learning Officer for a Fortune 500 company and the State of Iowa.

Robin has over 25 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager and Professional. Robin was previously the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for GeoLearning, Inc. and head of Human Resources for CE Software. Robin is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Technology Association of Iowa.

Sam has over 25 years experience leading finance and accounting in technology and Human Resource companies. He was the Chief Financial Officer of GeoLearning, Inc. and the Chief Financial Officer for Excellence in Training Corporation, Sam also served as a Vice President for Westcott Communications, a publicly traded company in the Human Resource industry.
